Re: Losses of ZG2 in BoB

Hello Evgeny,

thanks for your reply.
Sorry, but I don't want to have his name on the internet.
He was the radio operator of Gruppenkommandeur I./ZG2 Hauptmann Heinlein. I guess his rank during the BoB was Feldwebel. It's hard to get some sorted info's about his career, because he's 96 years old by now.

Hope you appreciate.

Regards,
Bf 110

There is a hell of a lot of information regarding Bf 110 crews and units already out in printed form. What is the actual problem with advising those who are interested of the name of Heinlein's Bordfunker during the Battle of Britain?

Let's put it bluntly. If you're not prepared to assist people in some small way, why should anybody bother to attempt to assist you? Research is, after all, a two way street...

By the way, there are errors in that list of yours.

Re: Losses of ZG2 in BoB

Hello John,

please calm down.
I'm just careful on the internet. If somebody wants to know more about my grandfather he can send me a personal message. I will answer it and everything is fine.
Sorry, but this is the only way I will do it.

Regards,
Bf 110
