Hi...
Last photo in this set, showin gthe Heinkel behind camouflage netting, seems to have a unit badge just about the top the the engine nacelle... possibly KG55's 'Griffon'. Paul

I'd omitted to do that  .Any chance someone could decipher the note on the back of this Do17 photo? http://cgi.ebay.de/FOTO-FLUGZEUG-Get...#ht_500wt_1154 I'm looking for the location. I think it says "... nah der (den?) Schlacht bei Kilmo/Kilno." (... near the battle by ?Kilmo?) Where is this location, exactly? Given the date, presumably in Poland? And does anyone know if the unit mentioned is correct, KGzbV1? It would be news to me that this unit used Do17s, but certainly interesting nonetheless.
