Hi, the groups varied between aircraft.
VS111 is correct for the Fw190 D9 VS9 is correct for the Fw190 D11 and D12 VS9 and VS19 are both correct for the Ta152. The difference in hubs would have meant different props. Prop numbers were individual, and groups were never actually "numbered" on the items directly. Those baugruppe numbers were only shown in manuals. So you are going to have a different numbers on the hub, different numbers on the spinner, different number on the props. You won't ever see the group number stamped anywhere. So ignore "baugruppe", as that was only for purposes in manuals. I dont have any photos of D13 props handy, but I suspect the number on the D13 blade is 100% correct. Mike |
