Spinners yes, props no.
The DB601 that was on BF110's was geared to a different engine ratio than the bf109. The bf110 had larger propellers. The spinners were the same...although I think the 110/109e style spinner was capped off sometimes. However, some of the late war 109 (G10, K4) etc did use the same propellers as the 210/410.
