Well Matti
Playing the Devils Advocate again I checked the Avions Le Caudron Goeland and they differ by saying the unit was LN Schule 4, adding the code CH+UP The French shortform for the accident is panne d'essence which fits very well. They also list the true c/n as 906/9642 and the delivery date to Luftwaffe as 10 Dec 1942. Any comment regarding the unit? Cheers Stig
