Yea, I don't know how I feel about it. My perception of '65 is that it's a fairly bright, "happy" blue

Could this unit have access to 78? Doubt it. For a cocktail theory, mixing 76 with 75 might give that kind of result.

The wheels themselves. The hubs look to be lighter than i'd usually expect.

Black with unpainted/white rim?

My first impression was that it's all natural metal, though how about 75 over 76.....but re-attached upside down?
