Of the four codes, only hpq obviously relates to an aircraft firm.

It (i.e., "hpq") is the code for Bachmann, von Blumenthal & Co., Flugzeugbau, Firth/Bayern.

Interestingly, "hpr," "hps," "hpt," "hpu," "hpv," and "hpw" are all firms dealing with aircraft also. For example, "hpt" is Avia and "hps" is Fieseler.
