152668 F/O Cresswell-Turner (‘Crosswind’) posted to 610 Sqn at Exeter from 61 O.T.U. 7/3/44. Posted to RAF Colerne for Personnel Leaders Course 8/44. Destroyed ½ Flying Bomb 11/7/44.

As for his place and date of birth, possibly 1923 in Farnham, Surrey per:
