What a coincidence !!

There was a picture in the newspaper, so I came looking here, hoping for some more info or maybe post the pic and ask about it.

Text accompanying the picture was : "A German warplane, lying in the North Sea near the Norwegian island Sotra, has been recovered. The plane crashed on Dec. 15 1943. The pilot was the only survivor of this aerial disaster".

Especially the last part intrigued me ... the Fw190 being a single-seater.
A disaster is when a 747 crashes IMHO.
