Re: 'Yellow 16' recovered today
Well, two questions.
I understand that the decisions will be finally undertaken after cleaning of the airframe, but is it planned to preserve it as it is, if possible? Old black codes are visible on the photos, and I presume this aircraft may have previously served with another unit, eg. on Channel front. Is there any record of it or perhaps an overpainted unit emblem? Good find!
