Re: Story about Tinian Airfield.

A minor point, the March 1945 photo by Rolland (looking SE) was before the 4th runway was built --to the right and finished in May. From L-R ie. north-south they were identified as "A", "B", "C" and "D" allocated to the 505th, 504th, 9th and 6th BGs in that order.
