Operated for Seenotdienst from Pori, Kemi and Alakurrti. Ar 199V-2 W.Nr. 3672 D-ISBC/BH+BM 01.09.40 At E-Stelle (See) Travemünde. Damaged in accident. Ar 199V-3 W.Nr. 3673 D-ITLF/TJ+HL 01.09.40 At E-Stelle (See) Travemünde. General type trials. 16.07.42 Allocated to Seenotbereichskdo. IX at Kirkenes, Norway. 14.08.42 100% loss when shot down by enemy aircraft south-west of Liza while on a rescue sortie. Crew rescued. No casualties. Ar 199V-4 W.Nr. 3674 BH+AN 01.09.40 At E-Stelle (See) Travemünde for general type trials. Ar 199V-5 W.Nr. 3675 RC+HR 01.09.40 At E-Stelle (See) Travemünde as prototype for the A-0 serie. 01.09.42 Still at E-Stelle (See) Travemünde. Ar 199V-6 W.Nr. 3676 01.03.41 At E-Stelle (See) Travemünde. The 20 Ar 199A-0 production series was manufactured by SIPA (Societe Industrielle pour l'Aeronautique) in France with W.Nr. 0007 - 0026. The last one, Ar 199A-0 W.Nr. 0026 arrived in Stavanger Norway on 07.10.1943 for service with 10. Seenotstaffel. |
