To give an example, the Ju 188 F-1:

V = 500/6.2
D = 480/9

[I read the figure after the oblique as altitude in km]

V: Volldruckhöhe
D: Dienstgipfelhöhe
a) Dauerleistung
b) Kampfleistung

V= a) 500/6,2
.....b) 540/6,2
D= b) 480/9

If it is from RL 16, description is given in one of the first pages.
