...for those here who are not members of the LEMB, below are the two images being discussed. Theories include:

Me210 with a dive bombing modification
a very early Bf 110 prototype modified as a reco plane
a Wochenschau bomber where the nose would be useful for a large cine-camera that can be trained in elevation to capture air and ground scenes.
