There are no doubts: the third photo clearly shows the wider cowl bulges (no classic "beule" is visible) and the round hatch of the cold air starting device is in the lower position. It is clearly an AS-equipped aircraft.
No surprise that the pilot remembers it as a G-6 only. Pilots were not technicians and what mattered to them was the series, not the suffixes... Hope it helps.
