Blenheim loss, 101 Squadron, 12/06/1940

Who can tell more about this plane, its serial number?
It's likely to have crashed on a training mission - what could explain why the crew existed of two men. But maybe the third man survived.

Type: Bristol Blenheim Mk IV
Serial number: ?, SR-?
Operation: ?
Lost: 12/06/1940
Pilot Officer (Pilot) Frederick A.S. Fletcher, RAF 42494, 101 Sqdn., age 26, 12/06/1940, Leeds (Lawns Wood) Crematorium, UK
Sergeant (Obs.) Lloyd A.W. Matthews, RAF 581518, 101 Sqdn., age 27, 12/06/1940, Spalding Cemetery, UK

Bart

Thanks, Robert!

This book, 'The Bristol Blenheim', does it contain information about all lost Blenheims?

Regards,

Bart
