Wanted: Info on F/O Gough and P/O Matsen

Dear all,

I'm looking for info (such as careers, photos, addresses, etc.) on F/O Gough and P/O Matsen of 96 Squadron. Both men likely shot down Junkers
Ju 88 S-1 Z6+DN of 5./KG66 20 km west of St Omer on 1/2 March 1944. As I'm working on a unit history of I./KG66, I would like to tell both sides of the story. I already have the Combat Report. Any help is much appreciated.

Best regards,

Marcel

Hi Marcel,

W.J. Gough in mentioned in Those Other Eagles. He has 2-1-0 victories plus 6 V1s with the 68 and 96 Sqn.

Michal

Hi Michal,

Thanks. Does the book contain a photo of Gough?

Regards,

Marcel

Neither are in the RAF Retired List or Mossie Association and there is no photo in the book
