Thank you for all of this.
You might be interested in the complete photo, an aerial of the apron where the photo was taken, and the site today which is under the Helgolandhaus apartments.
I'm sure all of the activity concerned getting the Admiral Graf Spee and Admiral Hipper to sea in August 1939.
