8 = Airframe
190 is the type. So, Fw 190! Not the main data plate, per-se, or as far as I can tell it isn't. Don't have the W.Nr listings to hand, but 1103 could be the airframe Werke Nr. Someone here will be able to confirm. Come in Steve Polyak......!!
