Re: FW190 bulk questions
Mark (Proulx) is correct, this series of images was taken at Budweiss (České Budějovice).
The series has also been partially published in WWP Luftwaffe over the Czech Terrotory. Most (if not all) of the Fw 190s at Budweiss were SG10s, predominantly Stab. and III. Gruppen. The six obviously Stab. aircraft (1-+- to 6-+-) are indeed Stab./SG10. In the series of photos, there's also Stab.I./SG10 (K>) and I./SG10 (Black 12). There's also a scrapyard photo that shows many aircraft of III./SG10, as well as those above. Hope this helps a little more, Chris |
