The action must have taken place after transfer of I./J.G. 51 to Bolshaja Rudka a/f. According to the information on your site the crash site was at the southern outskirts of Parchomowka. I have no idea what 'Stalina' (Romm's claim) could be, certainly not Stalino. Maybe - that's just a thought - some swch. or klch. near Parchomowka. Unfortunately I do not have wartime map of Parchomowka area precise enough. But it was only one claim for Boston on 14-Aug-1943 and the altitude of 6000 m confirms that it was a recon machine.
