Ahhh... but I have seen the holy grail! And it is painted RLM 76 all over with a large Mickey Mouse on the side, there is a familiar pilot in front of it and it has an Erla Haube!

Hello!
Andreas. It seems you have one interesting Fw 190 loss for Aug 8th, 1944. It is 100% from unit Flzg.Überführ.G.1. You have the location as "Reppen". Can you check if spelling Reppin would fit? I suppose you have the original microfilms? Reppin is the German language name for Räpina. Räpina is a small Estonian town on the shore of lake Peipus (or more exactly lake Pskov). Cheers, Kari

The name written in the original record is clearly Reppen, which I believe is east of Leipzig. My guess is that this aircraft was on a transfer from Halle(Saale). Regards, Andreas B
