Hello!
EDIT II: I was pointed (another forum) to the word "hersteller" on the document. That would firmly rule out the Identitätsausweis I speculated below. Instead it could be Qualitätsausweis? One hundred views and no answer? Meanwhile I typed "tsausweis" into AltaVista (~Google). It seems the title is Identitätsausweis (Identity document) and that the term is from Austria. See: http://www.ostarrichi.org/woerterbuc...weis&insert=no (hopefully it works). If I understood right the site above German word for the Identitätsausweis is Personalausweis. Is anyone able to show an image of Austrian WW2-era Identitätsausweis?
