Info sought re B-25 FL193 13 O.T.U. 21.09.43

Hello to all,

Searching for further information for a relative of one of the crew members killed in B-25 crash on the 21.09.43 near Finmere. Does anyone have details regarding the reason for loss or exact crash location? Any help will be appreciated.

Crew details; B25 FL193 13 O.T.U. 21.9.43

Pilot: F/O John J Ledgerwood R.A.A.F.
Nav: P/O Andrew G Olson R.C.A.F.
Wop/Ag Sgt. Michael J Tymms R.A.A.F.
A/G F/Sgt. Eric G Baily R.A.A.F.

We already have this info, we are wondering what caused the crash after take off? Engine failure? Pilot error? who knows!
