Sütterlin translation

Hi all,

Attached is a scan of the reverse of a photo which shows a Heinkel He111 being towed away after a belly landing somewhere in France or Belgium during the western campaign.

It starts with "Di" but I have no idea what the rest means. Does anyone have a clue?
