Sgt A. Roberts RAAF, 615 Squadron

Hi,

I'm looking for information of Sgt A. Roberts RAAF who was shot down on 14 May 1941 in 615 Squadron. I know he was interned in Vichy camp and escaped.

Thanks in advance

Re: Sgt A. Roberts RAAF, 615 Squadron

Thanks a lot.

Are you sure they are the same person? Sgt Roberts escaped Vichy camp in August. Not to much time (one month) to travel via Spain to GB, got new passport and back to the unit...

I found P/O Robertson before but I'm not sure he is Sgt Robertson. It's rather popular name. Therefore my question is.

Re: Sgt A. Roberts RAAF, 615 Squadron

I'm sorry, I made a mistake.

Sgt Roberts from 615 Squadron was injured in May 1941 but stay in England, while Sgt Roberts shot down over France and escape to England I was looking for was from 452 Squadron.
Sorry again.

I think you are looking for Alexander Cyffin Roberts (402007) RAAF.

Search for Roberts:
