Mystery Me 109?

The 331 (N) Sqn ORB of 6 August 1944 refer to a mysterious Me 109.

"1 M.E. 109 was observed in the target area with roundel on fuselage. Red centre with white edge and a black cross in the centre."

Is this a Bulgarian or Slovak aircraft or...?
