Hi Oberst,
No date, no place given. I mean, I don't know, I received those scans by mail. Good question, I will ask for. November seems to be a good guess: Eagle didn't last, white clothes for mechanicals and obviously it was cold time. Note that the emblem is flipped horizontaly comparing with the pin and other - bad - existing pictures. Regards, Franck.
