Your a/c in question is painted in the green/gray camouflage scheme of the USAAF early years. B-24H-20-FO, s/n 42-94817 belongs to the last batch of Ford's Willow Run production badge, which produced B-24 in camouflage-outfit (s/n 42-94795 - 42-95022). Batch B-24H-25-FO of Willow Run was delivered in NMF (s/n 42-95023 - 42-95288) This means, that all guesses and evidences tracing to your a/c is 42-94817 and no one else. Best wishes ! Horst Weber |
