Erkennungsmarke Nummer 65109 ?

Hello all,

Yesterday I visited an older collector of airwar related items who contacted me because he had a whole bunch of Erkennungsmarken (ID-Tags) with the number 65109. Who can tell me which unit used this number for their personel ?
