Prewar FAA Chevron Colours
Alex,
The Colours were as follows:- HMS Courageous - Light Blue HMS Hermes - White, later Green HMS Furious - Red HMS Glorious - Yellow HMS Ark Royal - Dark Blue/ Red / Dark Blue With silver coloured aircraft of the prewar period, some had black or white edging to the respective ship's colour, with white edges to light blue and black to the yellow of HMS Glorious
